Transitional Housing Program

THis program provides short term transitional housing, case management and client servies for homeless families. Clients must meet eligibility standards and an application process will take place with staff.

This program is under the community services program which provides short and long term assistance and support for individuals and families who are struggling to make ends meet. The program is to create opportunity and meet basic need services while assisting families in acquiring and maintaining self sufficiency and financial stability.
