Affordable housing referrals

Outreach staff to assist client in locating and applying for local affordable housing. Call to set appointment.  Intake application to be completed; ID and Social Security card must be provided for all receiving services. A housing outreach employee is available by appointment to help identify affordable housing for individuals and families.
