Transitional Living Program for homeless women with children

Our Transitional Living Program provides a residential program for homeless mothers with children while they transition to self sufficient living status.  It consists of eight one bedroom apartments.  The program includes: Case Management, Life SKills Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling, 12-step group meeting, Mental Health Counseling and Child Development Assistance. Program entry is based upon qualification determined in an interview process. Participants pay rent consisting of about 30% of their income and are required to put monies in savings.
