Project Hand - Emergency Assistance

Emergency Assistance provides food and other emergency assistance service to clients.  Addressing these needs, assisting clients in the process of moving from poverty towward self-sufficiency. CLients are individuals or families experiencing a emergency with immediate need.  They maybe homeless, uneployed, out of jail or rehab, without health insurance or needing emergency assistance for other reasons.  This service is currently offered at St. Mark's Lutheran Church (Chula Vista), Lemon Grove Lutheran Church, and Trinity Lutheran (Encanto).
