• HOUSING COUNSELING

Our Housing Counselors offer the following individual sessions, group education and live workshops to our community members: Default/ Foreclosure Prevention Counseling; Rental Counseling; Homeless/ Displacement Counseling and; Financial Capability & Literacy.

• VICTIMS INTERVENTION PROGRAM

Staff assist and support women and their children who are victims of domestic violence/ intimate partner violence. Services offered include emergency food and clothing, temporary shelter, mental health counseling, access to legal services, and care coordination for long term stabilization and self-sufficiency.

• HOUSING SERVICES

CalAIM Community Supports for Housing Transition/ Navigation, Deposits,

and Tenancy & Sustaining Services - The team assists and supports individuals

and families experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness to secure

permanent housing and supportive services to improve their health care and

quality of life outcomes. LSSSC also provides Student Loan Empowerment Services

(SLES) to individuals in student debts and who are in repayment. The SLES are free services!

• COMMUNITY SUPPORTS FOR HOUSING TRANSITION/ NAVIGATION, DEPOSITS, AND TENANCY & SUSTAINING SERVICES

The team assists and supports individuals and families experiencing

homelessness or at risk for homelessness to secure permanent housing and

supportive services to improve their health care and quality of life outcomes.
