Dr. Tomashu “Kenyatta” Jones
Dr. Tomashu Kenyatta Jones is a distinguished nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing housing and healthcare initiatives across California. His work focuses on improving outcomes for vulnerable and underserved populations through integrated, community‑based service models.
Dr. Jones has held several key leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Resident Services at Community HousingWorks, where he oversaw health, wellness, and supportive service strategies across a statewide affordable housing portfolio, and Vice President of Health and Social Services at Skid Row Housing Trust, leading service delivery within a 100% Permanent Supportive Housing model.
He has also contributed to the development and oversight of multiple Community‑Based Adult Day Services (CBAS) and PACE programs. Throughout his career, he has consistently proven the ability to scale programs for replication across multiple sites and has held leadership positions within non‑revenue‑generating organizations reliant solely on philanthropy and donor support.
