Happy Friday, Team!
I hope your week is going well, and as we end this week, you are as happy and enthusiastic as you were when you first started. We just celebrated Memorial Day, and many celebrations included cookouts, parades, and just hanging out and having fun. I do hope you were able to do something fun. I realize there are days of high stress, traumatic interactions, and just life. When I feel stressed or out of sorts, I tell myself, “This too shall pass.” Guess what? It does.
Some of your stories reach me, but many do not. So know that I pray for you. I pray for you and this organization constantly because I know full well that it can be easy to become discouraged and lose sight of our goals in times of uncertainty and difficulty. However, as it says in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” We can overcome any challenge and triumph over adversity with faith and determination.
Similarly, Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit they works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.” We succeed and accomplish great things by trusting in God and dedicating ourselves to our work.
I encourage you to stay motivated and inspired, knowing our work has purpose and meaning. As we work together towards our goals, let us remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
With faith, perseverance, and a positive attitude, we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. I bet you believe that also.
God bless you this Friday, and may you always experience the presence of God.
