I hope you had a great week. Most people love Fridays, and I am no different. I have come to see Fridays as a day to wind down. It’s the beginning of a weekend that gives me a break, and I can take it easy, rest a little, re-energize and get ready to take on the world come Monday morning.
Speaking of re-energizing, I want to encourage you to consider what you can do to re-energize. Why? Because by doing so, you not only positively affect your physical, mental, and emotional health, but you also affect others. So, what do you do to disconnect? I would offer that there is one thing you should do: recognize that you need to disconnect so you can re-energize.
