Happy Friday, team, and Happy Labor Day weekend.
I hope that you will have the best weekend ever.
Today I want to go in a different direction. I want to talk to you about believing in yourself.
Sometimes we allow what others have to say or what they think about us to limit us. We have dreams we want to realize and get too scared to reach for those dreams. Sometimes because we fear failing, but many times, it’s due to fear of what others think. We limit ourselves because of what other people say.
The mind is funny; it can, at one moment, allow you to have the confidence you need to move forward, and at another time, cause you to question and doubt your abilities because of an act or lack of support from others. We think we must live up to what other people think. So, if someone doesn’t believe you can be what you dream of being, you stop trying.
Today I want you to understand one thing, and if nothing else, that is this, people do not define your destiny. God does. And it’s time for you to start believing in what he says about you. The Word of God says that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Don’t let anyone set limitations on you.
I know it is easier said than done but try repeating to yourself often that you are a unique being created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). If you start doing that, you’ll start believing it. Also, please stop letting the recordings of some old limitations stay with you forever.
God bless you, and I wish you only the best in life. I pray that you will go for your dreams and that you realize your potential. Also, I pray Jeremiah 29:11 over you; God has a plan and a purpose for you, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
