Over 2,000 Free Showers a month doesn’t describe the impact that we have. From giving people the chance to be clean and healthy, an integral part of our mission is to provide a sense of dignity back to our unhoused Angelenos.

When we operate a site, we don’t just offer showers; we work with community partners to ensure that every guest that comes to our sites have access to meals, clothing, hygiene items, and more importantly, case management. While we recognize showers as a critical need, our goal is to offer our unhoused Angelenos a path out of homelessness and to bring our community together.

Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, a leading provider of social services programs in Southern California, announced that they will be holding a public open house and ribbon cutting ceremony at their new corporate offices located in the City of Orange at 999 Town & Country Road, Suite #100. The event will take place on Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Annual Back-to-School Giveaway and Resources Fair. Families must be registered to attend. The backpacks are available for the first 300 children and the children must be present to receive the backpack and school supplies.

This is a free presentation in Spanish presented by our community partner Long Beach Trauma Recovery Center, open to parents, caregivers, educators, and those interested in learning how to best support youth (and ourselves) during the continued violence in our country.
